Calling all female cyclists – Cycletta Scotland 2013

This Sunday, a record turnout participated in the first ever Cycletta to take place in Scotland. Set to the beautiful Scone palace backdrop, nearly 600 riders set off around 9 a.m in the challenging Scottish weather! Despite the rain, spirits were high and it couldn’t distract the riders from enjoying their day.

Tour of Britain Grand Depart

The Tour of Britain got off to a soggy start last Sunday but the crowds were out in force to catch glimpses of favourite riders and to see the peloton roll out of Peebles.

Scottish National Hill Climb Champs – Stow

Well what a day!

The most beautiful morning for the Scottish Hill Climb Champs in Stow and we took up our place on the hill to shout and encourage the riders as they went past. We were obviously biased towards our own Gary Robson who went off 32nd and Toby Dawson who went off 27th and, aged 11, was the youngest competitor by about 5 years!

The Raid Alpine!

Having completed the Raid Pyrenean last autumn the challenge this year was to tackle the Raid Alpine, a ride on an altogether different scale, over seven days from Thonon Les Bains on Lake Geneva to Nice on the Med.
